ParCans.co.uk is owned and operated by Avocet Engineering Services Limited. We are located just outside Weston-Super-Mare in the South West of England. We were incorporated as a limited company in 1991 and we have been supplying audio visual equipment since 1995.

| Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few essential details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.Currently on this website we only offer shipping within the UK. For international orders please contact us via email. Methods of payment are Visa, Mastercard & Debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is shipped, although cards will be "authourised" at the time of purchase. This enables us and the bank to validate the payment and delivery information.Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |
Shipping And Handling | Cost of shipping is dynamically calculated during the order process. REMEMBER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £200 GBP EX VAT Orders are sent via Royal Mail or City Link depending on weight and destination. Deliveries are usually made within 3 days but please allow upto 7 working days for completion. All deliveries are sent recorded and upon delivery a signature will be required. If there is no one to recieve the delivery, instructions to arrange re-delivery will be left by the driver. |  |

| Returns PolicyIn the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or are not what you ordered you must contact us to arrange collection of the goods from you. If the goods are damaged or we have sent you the wrong goods, then according to your instructions, we will either repair/replace the goods at our discretion or issue a full refund. If you receive goods which you wish to return for any other reason, we will issue a refund minus any non recoverable costs including carriage and credit card commission charge.Before you return any goods to us you must contact us so that we can issue you with a returns number. All returned goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition. The packaging must be clearly marked with the returns number. We will not accept returned goods which have not been authorised by us and do not have an authorised returns number. Refunds will only be given when we have received the goods. If you wish to return any goods (other than under manufacturers warranty) you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving them.Unless otherwise stated all goods we supply (with the exception of lamps and consumables) carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
